These are the issues most likely to come up while scoring, scanning, sharing, or moving data between devices.

Scorecard scan did not read

Crop close to the printed scorecard, use a bright photo, and make sure you have a network connection. Manual course entry still works offline.

Live link is missing

Live Rounds are temporary. Active rounds expire after about 6 hours, and finalized shared rounds expire after about 24 hours.

App version looks old

Open Settings in Parchaser and use Check for updates. If needed, use Clear cache & reload from the same screen.

Move or protect your data

Use Settings to export a JSON backup of courses, players, and rounds, then import that file on another device.

Privacy or data request

Most scorecard data lives on your device. Email support for privacy questions or help with support records tied to your email.
