Is Parchaser really free?

Yes. Parchaser is free to use with no trial, no credit card, and no paywall inside the round. Scorekeeping, saved courses, groups, live sharing, and your round summary are available at no cost.

Do I need an account?

No. You can open the app, set up a round, keep score, and review the card without creating an account.

Does scoring work offline?

Yes. Saved courses and rounds live on your device, so scoring keeps working when the course has bad signal.

What does live scoring do?

You can share a live leaderboard and scorecard with a link, QR code, or short code. Viewers do not need an account to follow along.

Can I scan a course scorecard?

Take or upload a photo of a paper or digital scorecard. Parchaser reads the printed course data, builds tees, pars, yardages, ratings, slopes, and hole handicaps, then lets you review and edit everything before saving.

Where does my data live?

Core scorecard data stays on your device. You choose when to share a live round, scan a scorecard, or export a backup file.
